Bill Bojan has served the following executive-level roles throughout his 30-year career: Start-up Founder, CEO, Chief Risk Officer, Chief Ethics Officer, General Auditor, Board Member, Board Chair, Governance Committee Chair, Board Advisor/Consultant, and Public Accounting practice leader. Bill’s expertise and advisory experience extends to all aspects of corporate governance, including: Board operations, risk management, ethics, internal audit, and compliance disciplines.

  • Bill is considered a national expert in the areas of integrative governing approaches, Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) systems, and risk-based internal audit disciplines.​ Beginning in 2021, Bill is bringing the innovative Solomon365 product to market as a new standard of governance excellence.

  • From 2008-2018, Bill pioneered the development and full market testing of the Solomon365 Integrated Governance Solutions platform.

  • From 2018 to 2021, Bill served as a Director in the Business Risk Services practice of CliftonLarsonAllen bringing next generation governance to clients in the health care, senior living, financial institutions, and nonprofit/public sector industries.

  • From 2002 to 2008, Bill served in the roles of Chief Risk Officer, Chief Ethics Officer, and General Auditor at UnitedHealth Group (a Fortune 20 Company at the time).

  • From 1994 to 2002 Bill served as a partner at Arthur Andersen in Chicago and Minneapolis.​​​​

  • Bill has served as Board Chair for several large non-profits, and has a track record of leading board governance transformation initiatives as a director that have resulted in both organizational turn-arounds, and well-governed, highly effective, and financially successful organizations for the long-term.  â€‹â€‹
